Who we are

OUR VISION

A world where we all thrive on healthy food

OUR MISSION

To enable a healthy and socially sustainable farming environment for Costa Rican organic farmers through a holistic trading model that ensures fair payment, educates farmers and helps in every step from farm to table.

OUR VALUES

Passion: People with passion can change the world. We believe that we’re on this planet to make it a place where everyone can enjoy living and being. Those who have should support those who need.

Transparency: Transparency at its core is honesty, a key pillar for our organic agriculture model that moreover aims to eliminate unfairness and inequality.

Integrity: We are committed to health and safety of people, protection of the environment, and compliance with laws, regulations and policies.

Sustainably and socially conscious: Involvement in practices that increase our positive community impact while decreasing our negative environmental influence.

Honorable and Respectful: Contributing to a work environment that honours and respects the needs of each stakeholder.

Teamwork: We work together, across boundaries, to meet the needs of our customers and help everyone win.

Our Founder

Our founder Jörg “I believe everyone can make an impact today in order to leave this world in a little bit better condition”.

After having worked 20 years in executive positions in Marketing and Sales, Joerg left the corporate world in order to help bring equality to his second home country, Costa Rica.

“I realised how small farmers, especially those who dedicate themselves to organic farming, struggle to make ends meet. That’s where I want to help with my knowledge, experience and contacts.”
